Conditions
A lounge reservation at Kaufleuten is subject to a minimum spend. The price for a table/lounge is determined by the number of people and may vary depending on the event.
PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
- The seating capacity is not necessarily sufficient for every person.
- All guests must be of the minimum age required for the event. (Exceptions will be marked in the event description).
- The proportion of men and women should be balanced.
- Lounge reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the event. Later cancellations will be charged 25% of the minimum spend. (For special events the cancellation period may be extended and will be communicated in the offer).
- If the agreed minimum spend is not reached, the difference will be charged.
- The lounge must be fully occupied within 1 hour of doors opening, otherwise you (and your guests) will have to pay the box office price for your tickets – if we are unable to contact you by phone, we reserve the right to assign your lounge to someone else.
- Kaufleuten invokes club rules at all times.
HOW TO RESERVE A LOUNGE
Lounge reservations are only accepted via email from Tuesday to Saturday at reservation@kaufleuten.ch. For further information, you can reach us by phone +41 44 225 33 22 (Tuesday to Friday, 10:00-16:00).

- how many people you are
- mobile phone number
- home address
